Alexis has been studying the human body since 2013 when she began growing her own offspring in her womb. Her passion for understanding the body’s mechanics and love of learning has driven her to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. Her personalized approach and attention to detail has led to successfully treating patients with conditions like TMJ, Plantar Fasciitis, and more.

Along with her massage therapy education, Alexis has acquired certifications in Yoga, Hypnotherapy, Reiki and RAPID Neurofascial Reset. RAPID Neurofascial Reset is a technique done over the clothes with no oil or lotion. Each RAPID session is a combination of examination and treatment. This is a movement-based massage technique that addresses the nervous system’s role in alleviating pain, tension, and restrictions in muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia.

Alexis enjoys being challenged with new opportunities and looks forward to helping you achieve your healthcare goals.

When she is not in the clinic she enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with her 2 daughters and husband in their country log home.
